I really don't have enough kind words to say about Doug and his team at Crawlspace King. If you need any sort of foundational/crawlspace work done, he's the guy - his knowledge and skill (and his team's) is unmatched by any others in the area!
When I discovered some issues with my foundation/joists/subflooring Doug came over the same day and walked me through the issues and explained everything to me. His quote was VERY reasonable for the amount of work undertaken and his team was even able to get started early. The guys grinded for weeks and Doug provided regular updates/videos/photos and was available whenever to talk through any questions I had. When I had some trouble getting an HVAC contractor scheduled, Doug and his team made things very smooth for me by getting everything ready for ductwork replacement and they had their materials ready to go once the HVAC contractor was able to come (nearly 5 weeks later). Doug had his team back to my house within a couple of days to close everything out.

Please don't give in to the hype of "leading company" and decide to go with anyone other than Crawlspace King. I learned the hard way. After more than a year long debacle, and the worst imaginable home improvement nightmare, provided to us by the "leading company", I can finally say that the job is done right by Doug and his crew. They are competent and professional. They even clean up after themselves and show up to work sober.

Our home needed some work done to the crawlspace to stabilize our floors from bouncing. The crawlspace needed cleaned out and to be dried out. The columns on our home were also needing replaced. Crawlspace King came out and fixed our bouncy floors, cleaned out under the house, installed a sump pump, laid a moisture barrier and replaced all 5 columns. These guys worked very hard on our home and were very friendly. We are so grateful to have them help us with our house. They knew exactly what to do to fix our place up! They answered all questions and the communication was on point.
